We live in a world that is rapidly becoming aware of the need to be in-volved in our own health. Nutrition, whether we have the financial resources or not, is an integral part of that. Growing Gardens is helping make the hands-on knowledge needed to make that possible.
Growing Gardens is a Boulder-based non-profit organization estab- lished in 1998. Its mission is to enrich the lives of our community through sustainable urban agriculture. It envisions people experiencing a direct and deep connection with plants, the land and each other. Through its many gardening-based programs, Growing Gardens strives to reach gardeners and would-be gardeners of all ages to work alongside the organization and build community through urban agriculture.
